The incident, which caused a stir among residents and political observers, occurred as the Governor’s convoy was navigating a stretch of the road known for high vehicular activity.

According to government sources, the Governor sustained no serious injuries and was immediately taken to a medical facility for precautionary examination.

The incident was promptly confirmed by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, who described it as a “minor accident” and assured that the governor was in stable condition.

Shortly after, Governor Radda appeared in a short video message to assure the public of his wellbeing. Dressed in his usual modest attire and seated comfortably, he stated that he was “hale and hearty” and undergoing some light treatment, adding that there was no cause for alarm.
