Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has said he is not worried about the 2026 governorship election in the state.
Speaking at the monthly Evening of Praise and Worship at the Jibowu Hall, Government House Ground, Ado-Ekiti, Oyebanji said his administration remained focused on delivering good governance and fulfilling his promises to the people.

The Governor disclosed that he often received text messages from politicians, expressing fear over the 2026 election, maintaining that he would not lose sleep over the development as God is in control.
He noted his belief that God’s plan superseded any human agenda, saying God who did it for him in 2022, would do it again in 2026.
