Reality TV star Queen Mercy Atang has confirmed that her marriage to David Oyekanmi has ended.

She addressed the matter in a now-deleted Instagram comment after a fan asked if she was still married, replying simply: “Single and unavailable.”

Her confirmation follows months of speculation that began when the couple unfollowed each other on social media and Queen deleted all their wedding photos and videos.

The pair had a whirlwind romance, getting engaged and completing their traditional, court, and white wedding ceremonies within the same year.

Queen previously revealed that she agreed to marry David after seeking three signs from God.

Although they had known each other since meeting at a beauty pageant years earlier, she said she never initially considered him as a potential husband. She decided to proceed with the relationship after what she described as receiving a final divine confirmation linked to an interview David attended.

The couple’s relationship has now officially ended, according to Queen’s public clarification.
