In a conversation on podcast, the Zanku star opened up about the profound impact the birth of his son five years ago had on him.

Describing the moment as a pivotal turning point, Zlatan explained how fatherhood propelled him into a more serious chapter of his life. With the responsibility of a child came newfound concerns, including financial worries and the looming pressure of maintaining his relevance in the music industry

“I wasn’t prepared for how serious life would get,” Zlatan confessed. “The birth of my son made me realize that everything was changing.

At 25, I was suddenly paying house rent in London, and I was scared that I might not be able to keep up with the bills. There were predictions that my relevance in music might fade within three years, and that really hit me.”

In response to these fears, Zlatan adopted a more disciplined approach to managing his finances. He became meticulous about his spending, cutting back on non-essentials and prioritizing savings for things like diapers.

Fatherhood also sparked significant personal growth. Reflecting on his past actions, the rapper admitted to shedding old habits and embracing a more responsible lifestyle. “Becoming a father made me look at myself differently. I started to regret certain past behaviors, and I realized the importance of growth.”

Through his journey as a father, Zlatan’s focus has shifted from the uncertainty of his career to the security and well-being of his family.
