The presentation took place during a surprise gifting session organised by her supporters. A viral video showed an emotional Dede smiling as she was handed a ceremonial cheque for the huge amount.

Alongside the cash gift, her fans also presented her with several luxury items, including designer wigs, perfumes, makeup products, spa vouchers, clothes, fashion accessories, shopping vouchers, gadgets, flower bouquets, a Bible, and a custom birthday cake.

In another video, the reality TV star was seen unboxing her gifts and listening to birthday messages and voice notes from fans.

Dede described the gesture as “beyond her imagination” and thanked her supporters for their love and generosity.

She gained fame as one of the 29 contestants on BBNaija season 10, themed Ten Over Ten. Her strong fan support carried her to the final stage of the show, where she finished as the first runner-up to the winner, Imisi.
