In an Instagram post, the Tiannah’s Empire boss condemned what she termed selfishness, unprofessionalism, and sabotage within the creative industry.

According to Lawani, despite her 25 years of experience as a celebrity stylist, she had never encountered such levels of insincerity and lack of collaboration. She stressed that her work ethic has always been built on humility, passion, and a commitment to excellence.

“I just had the most traumatic experience of my life. I have been working for the past 25 years as a celebrity stylist, and I don’t think I’ve come across such selfishness before in my life. I am extra nice, humble and gentle until you poke me. I put in my sweat and hard work in everything I do,” she wrote.

She further noted that while striving for perfection, creatives must learn to set aside ego and pride when working together. Lawani maintained that respect and collaboration are key to achieving outstanding results.

“It’s so shameful how some creatives try to sabotage each other in the line of their work. Such a big shame,” she added.

Lawani’s remarks have since sparked conversations on social media, with many of her followers and colleagues in the entertainment industry showing support for her stance.
