According to the actress, the incident occurred around 7 pm on Tuesday night.

In a video shared on her social media page, a section of the building was seen severely affected by the fire.

No life was, however, lost in the incident.

“This just happened today, the 8th of July 2025, around 7pm. My office building caught fire,” she stated.

Iyabo Ojo thanked the Lagos State Fire Service and her staff for their swift response in salvaging what was left.

“Thank you to the Lagos State Fire Service and my staff for salvaging what was left.
“With God on my side, we will bounce back bigger and better,” she added.
