Tinubu arrived at the Tactical Air Command, Nigerian Air Force Base, Makurdi, on Wednesday afternoon as part of efforts to address the recent violent attacks in the state.

The visit follows yet another deadly attack that claimed multiple lives and left several communities devastated.

According to a statement issued by Presidential Spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, the President’s visit underscored his commitment to finding a lasting solution to the perennial crisis that has left families bereaved and property destroyed.

He is scheduled to meet with key stakeholders in the state, following the massacre in Yelwata, Guma Local Government Area, which sparked outrage across the country.
