The Society disclosed this in its monthly media parley and interactive session.
Speaking on behalf of the Society, the Executive Director, Wasiu Oyedokun-Allí, noted that citizens can no longer sleep comfortably in the comfort of their homes as kidnapping, banditry and terrorism have taken over the country.
Oyedokun-Alli further maintained that the supply of power in the country has gone from bad to worse despite the high tariff that consumers are paying, adding that some households could rarely boast of 3 hours of uninterrupted electricity supply.
Speaking on the paralyzed operation at the 30 local governments in the State, he highlighted healthcare center collapse, non-collection of Internally Generated Revenue, and the stoppage of local government projects in the State as effects of a dysfunctional Secretariat at the grassroots.

The Society, however, appealed to the State Government to expedite action on the recruitment of teachers and health workers, to safeguard both the present and future of the State.
