It was reported that the defendant, a resident of Gwagwalada, Abuja, is facing alleged criminal intimidation and mischief.


The Prosecutor, Abdulahi Tanko, told the court that the complainant, Paul Okafor, who lives at the same address as the defendant, reported the incident to the police.


Tanko alleged that the defendant knocked on the complainant’s door, and when he opened it, he saw her holding a knife.


He added that the defendant threatened to kill him and also threatened to stab herself due to a misunderstanding between them.


The prosecutor further alleged that the defendant broke one of his window louvers, the value of which was yet to be determined.


The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
