Popular social media activist, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has been released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
A former African Action Congress, AAC, presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, confirmed the activists’ release via his X handle.
Recall that there has been uproar across the nation with youths demanding his immediate and unconditional release ever since VDM was in the custody of the anti-graft agency.

The EFCC, in a statement by its Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale, confirmed on Tuesday that VeryDarkMan had been granted bail but remained in custody pending the fulfillment of his bail conditions.
According to the commission, the activist was invited for questioning over multiple petitions alleging serious financial crimes.
