“Your English teacher and gym teacher are getting married,” the couple wrote with a sense of humor.
Both 35, Swift and Kelce went public with their relationship earlier this year and have frequently been spotted together at Swift’s sold-out concerts as well as Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs games.
Last year, Swift concluded her record-breaking Eras tour, which grossed $2 billion and featured 149 three-hour shows worldwide. The tour drew millions of fans, known as “Swifties,” some of whom even sang along outside sold-out venues.
Fans are eagerly awaiting Swift’s upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl, set to release on October 3. Kelce shared the news on his “New Heights” podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason, a former NFL player.
The couple’s union comes after a year of public attention not only on their romance but also Swift’s outspoken political endorsements, including support for Kamala Harris, which drew a sharp rebuke from former President Donald Trump.
