The Federal High Court sitting in Ado Ekiti has struck out the defamation suit filed against activist lawyer, Dele Farotimi by the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, over alleged cybercrime.
The Founder of Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, ABUAD, Afe Babalola, SAN, in the early hours of today, agreed to withdraw the cases instituted against activist and lawyer, Dele Farotimi.
