“There is zero tolerance for unruly behavior aboard an aircraft. Both individuals will face the full consequences of the law,” the NCAA spokesperson said. “Their actions not only put the safety of passengers and crew at risk but also compromised the integrity of the aircraft.”
The statement further highlighted the responsibility of the two influencers, who are known for promoting positive behavior to their millions of followers. “It’s particularly troubling considering both are public figures who regularly encourage their audiences to avoid such disruptive actions,” the spokesperson added.
The NCAA has instructed the airline involved to submit a formal report on the incident, with legal action to follow. The authority reiterated its commitment to educating passengers on the dangers of disruptive behavior and the serious consequences it can have.
