According to reports, the 60-year-old Australian is set to return to Premier League management after finalising an agreement ahead of Forest’s upcoming clash with Arsenal.
The former Tottenham boss held talks with Forest earlier this week, with both parties moving swiftly to reach an understanding.
Postecoglou will become the club’s eighth permanent manager since Evangelos Marinakis took ownership in 2017.

Postecoglou was sacked by Tottenham at the end of last season following a dismal Premier League season when they finished 17th.
However, the Australian led Spurs to a historic Europa League victory at the end of the season to end the club’s long-running trophy drought.
