The Command’s Public Relations Officer, Moses Yamu disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen, where he said the suspects were members of the notorious Maphites, Eiye, and Aye confraternities.

He noted that they have been responsible for the cult supremacy killings in the State.

He said out of the 95 suspects, 64 of them have been charged in court and remanded, while the investigation continues on the remaining suspects.

Yamu added that two locally made pistols, one single-barrel shotgun, and 24 live cartridges were recovered.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, Monday Agbonika, has urged parents and guardians to be watchful of their wards to curb the menace of cultism in the society.
