The Nigerian striker opened the scoring early after a clever pass from Mario Lemina and later doubled the lead by capitalising on a defensive mistake from Fredrik Bjørkan.
Bodø/Glimt fought back but were punished again when Osimhen won the ball and set up Yunus Akgün for the third goal. The visitors pulled one back through Andreas Helmersen’s header, but Galatasaray remained in control to seal the win.
Osimhen’s brace makes him the first Galatasaray player to score in seven consecutive European matches, breaking Burak Yilmaz’s previous record.
