This was contained in a post shared on social media, Melaye accused some appointees of the governor of orchestrating these attacks and called on Ododo to rein them in. He warned that any further provocation would be met with what he described as a “superior response.”

“I call on Governor Ododo to call his appointees to order,” Melaye wrote. “Henceforth, any attack on ADC offices and members in the state will be matched with superior responses.”

Melaye also shared highlights from a recent meeting with youth members of the ADC National Executive Committee, expressing pride in the party’s appeal to young Nigerians.

“It was a pleasure yesterday to receive all youth members of the National Executive Committee of the ADC. No party in Nigeria’s history has paraded this number of young persons as national executives. Welcome to the most youth-friendly party in Nigeria,” he stated.
