Speaking at a campaign rally, Governor Yusuf highlighted his administration’s achievements in education, healthcare, and youth and women empowerment. He noted the construction of classrooms, sponsorship of students for local and international studies, and the empowerment of thousands of women with ₦50,000 monthly start-up capital.

“In just two years, we’ve significantly improved lives across these communities,” Yusuf stated. “Don’t allow a return to the poor governance of the past.”

He announced key projects in the 2025 state budget, including a major road linking Mashatsa, Gwarzo, Shanono, and Tanyawa, the upgrade of Shanono Hospital to a general hospital, and water supply pipelines for the constituency.

The governor urged voters to elect NNPP candidates Ali Kiyawa (Bagwai/Shanono) and Yusuf Maigado (Ghari/Tanyawa) to ensure continuity of “people-oriented governance.”

Party leaders, including the deputy governor, NNPP state chairman, and local government chairpersons, echoed the call, asking voters to reject the APC’s previous “wasteful years” and support NNPP’s development agenda.
