This statement comes after a recent photoshoot featuring wedding themes sparked widespread speculation about his marital status on social media.
The images were mistaken for a traditional marriage introduction but Falz later clarified that they were part of a photoshoot and not an actual wedding announcement.
Falz joked about the situation, saying that people might not even care when he actually gets married.
He also emphasised that he shouldn’t be expected to share personal achievement with the public, stating it’s “bold of you to assume that if I’m actually getting married, I will share it.”
He said in a video posted on his social media page, “One of the funniest things is that since the big reveal and everyone found out I’m not actually married, a lot of people have been saying this is a case of the boy who cried wolf. When I actually get married, nobody is going to care.
“It’s bold of you to assume that I wish for you to be in the marriage with me. It’s bold of you to assume that if I’m actually getting married, I will share it. It’s so funny.
“But you never know. I might be so in love and just feel like I want the world to know. Best of luck and stay tuned. Thanks and God bless.”
