The singer recently attended the varsity’s convocation ceremony, accompanied by his management and friend Cubana Chief Priest.

Speaking at the ceremony, Davido addressed the children to remain steadfast in the pursuit of their dreams.

Reflecting on the energy of the event, the 32-year-old artiste said he witnessed a “generation poised to change the world”.

He likened the graduates’ enthusiasm to the very drive that fueled his own success, allowing him to “make something out of nothing”.

In his speech, Davido painted a poignant picture of his mother, whom he described as a “teacher and a giver”.

He credited her with instilling in him the belief that education and compassion have the power to transform lives.
