The footage, which surfaced online, captured 2Baba in a heated altercation that ended with the singer being escorted away by law enforcement officers. In the wake of the incident, Annie updated her Instagram Stories with a series of messages that many followers believe to be reactions to the controversy.

 

One post featured a quote that read, “Sometimes, trying to prove that you are the best is an insult,” while another shared an image of burning matchsticks, with one match pulled away from the flame. The accompanying caption read: “The power of stepping away.” These messages have sparked speculation, with fans interpreting them as Annie’s response to the ongoing drama surrounding her husband’s personal life.

 

The incident also followed an Instagram Live session hosted by media personality Daddy Freeze, in which 2Baba briefly appeared. During the live broadcast, two former members of 2Baba’s management team, Kaka Igbokwe and Lori Tosan, accused the singer’s new wife, Natasha Osawaru, of exerting significant influence over his personal and professional decisions. As the discussion escalated, 2Baba joined the session, demanding that the conversation steer away from his private life. However, viewers quickly noticed a physical altercation in the background, with Natasha seemingly attempting to restrain the singer during the live stream.
