A designer identified as @stitchesbyandra, in a post via her Instagram, had earlier accused Toyin Abraham, Annie Idibia and Gabriel Anthony of owing her a debt worth millions for the past 1 year and 2 months.

Reacting to the callout, Toyin, in an Instagram post last night, denied the allegation.

Many users expressed worry about her well-being; some speculated that she might be feeling the effect of the new petrol pump price hike, slamming her for being a firm supporter of President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

Reacting to the concerns caused by the distress call she made, Abraham in a now viral video on Instagram, said it was a call for strength, not distress.

Expressing gratitude to those who reached out to her, the actress explained that the earlier post was due to being overwhelmed by a large crowd at her home, which required preparing a substantial amount of food.

Recently, a blogger better known as Esabod, accused Anjorin of engaging in an intimate relationship with Ajeyemi.  But in a post via Instagram, Anjorin dismissed the rumours, labeling them evil. She also urged the public to disregard the claims.

This is not the first time Anjorin and Abraham have been embroiled in controversy. In 2019, the two were involved in a highly publicised feud.

Anjorin was allegedly questioned by security operatives in Saudi Arabia on suspicion of drug trafficking during her Hajj pilgrimage. The actress claimed her colleague leaked the story to the media.

Abraham, however, denied any involvement. The dispute between the actresses led to several reactions at the time.

In 2022, Abraham announced that the police had completed their investigation into the matter, and their differences had been resolved.

Meanwhile, netizens have singled out Abraham because she had always defended her political choice, with many expecting that she would one day tell the public how Tinubu intended to address the various problems confronting Nigeria as a country.

In one of her replies to an X user identified as #Lati, she noted that she had moved on to pursue her career as an actress and was not in government or politics.

She also regretted having chosen to remain open to politics during the elections.

Despite her explanations, netizens have not stopped calling her out as the country’s woes deepen.
