]]> The Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps ,NSCDC, in Jigawa State has recovered the remains of two men from a pond in Birninkudu Local Government Area of the state.

The command’s Public Relations Officer ,PPRO,  Badaruddeen Tijjani, made this known in a statement issued  in Dutse.

Tijjani said the deceased, identified as Abubakar Alhaji, 20 years old and Abubakar Abdullahi, 25 years old, drowned while crossing the pond on their way to a market in Waza village.

The NSCDC Divisional Officer, Birninkudu,  Muhammad Garba who confirmed the incident  added that the remains have been taken to Waza health facility.
