The traders also revealed that 27 of them have been hospitalized as a result of the demolition. Chairman of the traders’ association, Kolawole Oyewole who made this declaration while speaking with newsmen in Ibadan noted that the traders had earlier staged a peaceful protest to Olubadan palace.

He used the opportunity to appeal to the Olubadan and Governor Seyi Makinde to intervene.
