He stated that the opposition to President Bola Tinubu’s administration were activists, civil society groups, concerned commentators, and elder statesmen who spoke on national issues.

Ikechukwu made this known while featuring on a national TV show where he noted that his party had failed to provide a formidable opposition to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

He affirmed that the, the PDP is a very robust party which, during the days of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Audu Ogbeh, and even Atiku Abubakar ran impressive campaigns.
