The singer is no stranger to grief, having lost his mum, Victoria Adeleke, at 11, and his 3-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, as well as associates, Tagbo, DJ Olu, Obama DMW, and personal photographer Fortune, in quick successions.

Speaking in a recent interview in New York, Davido said his faith has kept him going despite the tragedies.
