The left-back quickly established himself as a regular player last season after spending a year on loan at Bologna.
Cambiaso is now on the verge of joining the Premier League champions during the January transfer window.
According to reports, an agreement worth up to £54.7 million is close to being reached with Juventus for Cambiaso’s transfer.

The report added that Man City is ready to offer the Italian a five-year contract, concluding with an option for an additional 12 months.
Juventus are reportedly holding out for a £67.3 million fee, but there is a good chance a compromise will be reached with the Citizens.
Cambiaso has started just one of Juventus’ last nine matches.
Juventus manager Thiago Motta revealed last weekend that the defender has been dealing with inflammation.
His current contract with Juventus is set to expire in 2029.
