Attesting to this fact, an anonymous engager hinted that the new minimum wage has not been approved for health sector workers which include, Pharmacists, Medical Doctors, and other health professionals, contrary to the government’s claim that all workers have received it.
Corroborating this, the Chairman of Osun State Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Christopher Arapasopo, said it was stated on the minimum wage agreement sheet that other structures that cover the health sector are yet to be paid.
A caller from Ife, Akorede Kamorudeen, also enjoined the State Government to see to the abandoned road project, L’ọja Iroko, along the Iludun area as the road has been abandoned since the Gboyega Oyetola regime.
