In her recent Instagram post, Kadiri argued that many producers do not understand how platforms like YouTube operate, adding that a good production requires more than your face.
The 36-year-old also urged actors to resist the pressure of the misguided expectations and to focus on their craft instead.

Kadiri, who made her Nollywood debut in ‘Boys Cot’, has over fifty films to her credit and has contributed to movies such as ‘Matters Arising’, ‘Heart of a Fighter’, ‘Ladies Men’, ‘Sincerity’, ‘First Class’, and ‘Over the Edge’.
The filmmaker recently cited the excessive regulations within Nigeria’s film industry as reasons for uploading her movies on YouTube.
She explained that the platform allows her creative freedom, enables her to express herself and tell her stories without restrictions.
