Super Falcons forward, Asisat Oshoala was satisfied with the team’s performance in the 1-0 defeat to Spain but claimed they must work on their finishing.

Alexia Putellas’ brilliant late free kick separated both teams in a keenly contested Group C tie at the Stade de la Beaujoire, Nantes.

Captain Rasheedat Ajibade and Chiwendu Ihezuo were guilty of missing good scoring opportunities for the Super Falcons in the game. Randy Waldrum’s also had similar problem in their opening fixture against Brazil which they also lost 1-0.

A disappointed Oshoala said it is important for the Super Falcons to start scoring goals.
