Moghalu said the next step after the minimum wage increment should be the review of maximum wages and the lifestyle of the political class.
Tinubu agreed N70,000 new minimum wage increase for Nigerian workers. The agreement was reached during a meeting with representatives of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and the Trade Union Congress, TUC.
The president also promised that the federal government would support the sub-national and private sectors to pay the N70,000 minimum wage.
