Umar’s fitness journey began when she sought to lose weight and alleviate joint pain that disrupted her sleep. After consulting with a doctor, she was advised to visit the gym and shed at least 10 kilos.
For the past 16 years, she has been waking up at 6am five days a week to work out and has no plans to stop. She emphasised the importance of regular exercises and encouraged others to adopt a similar lifestyle.
